In Summer 2019, NG Research Intern Monaz Mistry sharpened her research skills by using the NG Refractive Kit to conduct vision testing on students at a boarding school in the urban center of Mumbai, India. Through this experience Monaz learned important lessons around cultural receptiveness, gatekeepers, and the value of forging alliance with local and national institutions. Well done Monaz!
